Always helpful, great people inform you and give you guidance. Glad not a huge corporate type company where you can’t walk in. Love all the small locations. Only thing please do not let us expose our acct numbers on the app. Worried about hackers.

Went to buy groceries and card was being declined multiple times despite having a balance to cover the transaction. Called customer service to ask why and they just said we arent sure why, try again. Never worked. Customer service not very helpful, if my card is declining there must be a reason so if you arent allowing transactions to go through at least give me a reason why.

The lady who helped me make my account at the walk-in Midfirst bank was super friendly and helpful. However, the girls who are tellers that work at the Drive-Thru one are NOT friendly, at all.

Myra is amazing and always makes ppl feel welcome and always helpful in every way! Sedrick on the other hand not the person who should be in charge of this bank. Never seems to be able to help or willing. Puts the work off on others.
