I wanted a 5ft stick of 1 1/4 pvc pipe. They had full sticks and some precut 10’ sticks. Evidently they will not cut sticks to length and sell by the foot. Maybe they are not trained or able to operate a saw. Maybe they are making more money forcing people into more than needed. In this case they just lost a sale. Hopefully they can lose more sales for change to happen. Very disappointed here. I went to another store and they made it happen.

I’ve always enjoyed the employees at this locations and love the selection of tools and such. However, today may have been my last time in the store. It was 90 deg inside. My dad couldn’t handle the temps and had to go back out to truck. I hurried through and worked up quite a sweat.
Fix your HVAC systems!!!!!

It’s a hit and miss situation with this little store. Most of employees stand at the front desk and show no interest in helping you find what you are looking for - they simply give you aisle selection based off their computer inventory.7 minutes to downtown is Ross Seed and Feed, with usually two floor workers to help anyone with anything.
