Pulled through the drive thru as I had a cranky toddler buckled into her carseat not wanting to get her out only to realize the drive thru speaker wasn't working So I pulled up to the window to place my order and realized all of the petty female employees were trying to avoid eye contact with me and smiling/laughing with one another. Literally sat there for a few minutes waiting on someone to approach me at the window. Finally went inside and told the girls that they should hang a sign or something on the window if the drive thru is closed and one of them cut me off mid sentence talking over me to another employee. Bunch of young petty females. If I were the owner I'd be very frustrated having children like that operate my store

The employees (the place was full) kept moving, keeping the place clean and the sandwiches were really good, way better than here in Stillwater. I’m gonna call Corporate on Monday to give them props, but until then I just wanted to give them a 5 here. Awesome job!

The food is way overpriced. The employees rarely smile. They don't seem too happy about working there.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie sub there before and it was really fresh and good. They also offer salads.Parking: Not very many spots and the location is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

When I got home, my bread was tough on the edges and soggy on the rest. I thought it was going to be fresh sliced meat but it was already sorted and portioned like before. No substitutions whatsoever. Everything seemed the same as before all the new advertising, I don't understand the fresh sliced signs.

Ordered chopped salad and they said the tool to chop salad was taken away by management so had to bring home and chop myself.

They don't accept coupons and the sandwich was not even toasted and was just thrown together. 10/10 do not recommend.

I love Subway! The minute you walk in you can smell the fresh bread. I love going for lunch and dinner! This location is always very clean and the staff is always very polite.

I love this location! I come once a week and most of the women that work know exactly what I get. Nothing better than to walk in and they make the usual for me and I get to talk wt them about their weeks!! Food and fellowship is why I keep coming back!

AVOID SUBWAY IN EL RENO OKLAHOMA (AND IN GENERAL here are 3 HUGE problems with SUBWAY in general and THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY: 1. Their online ordering system and app went down for over 4 DAYS DURING THE SO-CALED BOGO FOOTLONG OFFER (Coincidence? Hmmm...). They COULDN'T EVEN TAKE CREDIT CARDS TO PAY THE ENTIRE TIME. Their solution? "Bring cash". 2. I e-mailed SUBWAYS "Complaint resolution Dept" to complain about this experience and request AT LEAST A LOUSY COUPON FOR A FREE MEAL" and received the following response from "Brandi Ellis": Dear (XXXXX) I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that my staff’s behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at this Subway® restaurant is sorry. We are dedicated to handcrafting our meals in a welcoming environment. I am always looking for ways to improve the restaurant experience for my customers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for choosing Subway® and we look forward to seeing you soon. Brandy Ellis District Manager I can smell Horse**** just as well as anyone else . 3. This location SPECIFICALLY DOESN'T ACCEPT "PAPER COUPONS" (which we get in the mail in our town and SUBWAY PAYS for) ....WTF? Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady establishment. You'll be glad you did.

Orders from door dash. Receipt was exactly the way we ordered our 2 sandwiches. We opened our sandwiches, the breads were on the wrong sandwiches and our dressings were switched, so we had to drive all the way to the subway on country club to get it fixed correctly after paying the fees to have it delivered.
