24/7 storage is a very nice place and the lady that runs it is super nice and will help you in any way. Security there makes you feel like your things are safe. I will recommend 24/7 to everyone we know.

The 24/7 storage unit was one of the better storage providers in the Lawton Elgin area. Convenient to get in and out of the gate 24/7 to your unit not offered in most places. I recommend the storage unit facility.

How do I change my payment card? Old card I was using to pay for my storage unit ended up getting stolen. Need to change my payment method ASAP. Tried calling the number, no identification that person was owner of storage and went straight to voicemail.

The climate controlled units are clean and affordable. Easy to access and secure. The employees/owner are extremely helpful, and always respond. Rented a unit that previous renters left filthy. Called to report it, and within the hour it was cleaned and ready for us to use. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I have a used Elgin 24/7 storage for about 8 years. I have been through many ups and downs during that time and they have worked with me to keep my storage. They are responsive and kind. I have many items stored there that are irreplaceable and I'm so thankful for them helping me. I would recommend this storage company to anyone.

Made an account at the kiosk but when I try to login online says my account doesn't exist then it wont let me create an account saying my storage unit number and phone number are wrong
