I highly recommend this company. When my A/C went out, I called several places and didn’t get a response, but this company arrived within two hours and got it fixed. Dayton, the technician, was professional, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service!

I called at 11:30 pm just hoping to leave a message, the call was answered promptly. Wasn’t expecting that, I went ahead and setup an appointment for the next day. Dayton, shows up on time and easy to get along with. He took care of the problem and explained what happened and we don’t normally signup for maintenance plans but we believe with Diamond Y we will get what we pay for. Thank you!

After having a different company come out 3 times and charge us an arm and a leg in repairs, our AC still wasn't working properly. We called Diamond Y to get some help and they came through! He identified the problem in minutes and fixed it in the same visit. Now our AC is running wonderfully. They have our business permanently!

Dayton is phenomenal to work with. From booking the appointment with Katherine over the phone, to Dayton's timely and efficient service, the entire appointment was flawless. Dayton was upfront and transparent with pricing and was able to answer every question we had. He even did what most business owners won't do, but I thoroughly appreciated, and gave his honest opinion of what he would do if it were his home. As opposed to simply recommending what would've made his company the most money. I would highly recommend Diamond Y Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area for service/maintenance or any new HVAC needs.

These guys are amazing our AC went out due to the bad storms last night and I called and they got us in the same day the technician even arrived earlier than expected the work was quick and to the point again thank you for the quick response our air conditioner is running great

Had different company charge us tons of money to not fix the problem. Dayton came out and within five minutes knew the problem and an thirty minutes later it was fixed. Works great now. This guy wont rook you and is super knowledgeable.

On a very hot Sunday I cantact him at 1 pm. He was here before 3:15 and had the job done by 4 pm. Very happy with the response and work!
