Ran out of propane and called to set up for service a week ago. They told me they only service my area on Wednesday’s. I went ahead and paid them and waited the whole week with no hot water. I called them to confirm that I am on their list this morning and the man told me that I will have propane by the end of the day. I get home from work and still no propane. No call. Nothing. Tried calling the number listed to leave a voicemail and of course, they don’t have a voicemail set up. No after hour call number either.
This is the second time this has happened with them. I should have learned my lesson the first time, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as I understand accidents happen.
Absolutely horrible customer service.

I paid in August and called on the 8th,9th and then the 10th was told I would receive it the 11th. I called ever day, to be told by Joe I was on the list to get it that day. I now have no propane and a week later still no propane. . This is the way they treat a custmer of 25 years that paid in the summer.

Poor service. Called and requested my tank be filled two different times. Was told it be filled both times and it never was.

Just tried to see if my mother could receive propane because they are out. Elgin propane would not do it during this weather because she is not a “current” customer. I understand other folx are our but the lack of ethic of care for this place with Elders out of heat is unfortunate.

Cant get a bottle filled unless its 8am. Directed us to another place, says someone is always there. Noone there.
