Rented from them. There is no grace period for late rent. They will threaten eviction at the slightest hint of late rent. They file for forcible entry and detainer without first posting a 5 day notice to pay or quit. They have gotten away with just evicting people by default so often that the property manager was shocked to see me show up to court. Then they will still try to get more money out of you outside of what was agreed upon in court. Save your money, go elsewhere. Mine is not the only case like this.

Extremely unethical. If you plan to rent or rent a home you own, do not use Elgin Realty.
By Oklahoma law, landlords and real estate companies have 45 days to get the tenant's deposit back or provide an itemized list of deductions they used out of the deposit.
It's been 45 days and no word, no return of any of the large, almost $3,000 deposit. The home was left in better condition than when we moved in. There are numerous reviews left with this same situation, and it's absolutely awful to treat people this way. This isn't the end of this, I can assure you.
Very immoral and a very unprofessional way of conducting business.

This is the only place you need to call when it comes to renting or buying. They have been supporting me for 4 years now and I completely trust them without question.If you have a house you want to rent out, there is no better team to have on your side.

We are military and we were moving to the area when we found a home to rent through Elgin Realty. Kaci was so friendly and helpful. She helped us get into our rental and helped answer all of my questions (which was a lot). She was awesome and I couldn’t have been happier with our rental experience. Any issue we had even if it seemed absurd they answered promptly and got the issue taken care of super fast. We ended up buying a home through Terri at Elgin Realty as well. They made the whole process from moving out of the rental to the purchase of the new home such an easy and great experience. I highly recommend them!Thank you Elgin Realty Terri and Kaci y’all are beyond amazing!
