Called arborstone to ask if they could spray around my three units because we found black widows and bees in them. Was told it was the renters responsibility. I have no choice but to pay for them to be sprayed and pray none of my family members are bit or stung when we go inside.
Update: whatever you do, don't complain about this place. After my complaint about the black widows and bees in my unit, I recieved a notice my rent will be increased by $15 per month.

Had auto pay set up. When the monthly payment was suppose to come out, it wouldn't. Then they would charge me extra due to late fees. Ridiculous, cause they expected me to pay late fees when it wasn't even my error as to why the rent wasn't payed. There was nothing wrong with my account. More than once it was on their behalf because somebody wasn't doing their job right. Yet, still wanted me to pay late fees. I believe this was a purpose tactic to just get more money out of me. I would not recommend this place to any one. Not to mention their units flood during lots of rain.

I have been with CNG storage for 10+ years. Now it’s Arborstone and it’s terrible. Prices increase twice since they have taken over and they are not always available when you call to make a payment. They also don’t keep up with the weeds. Don’t do it. Go somewhere else. Local is better.

If you want Water damage on your items, go ahead and store here. This whole place is built on low ground with poor drainage, and will flood. Pay a little more and store up the road, and avoid this place at all costs
