“Nice staff and nice, new, and clean equipment. But I wish there were more hamstring machines like a seated hamstring curl machine. I also wish that there was a smith machine with no counter weight because I like the stability of a smith machine but I don't like that it assists me.”
“I am in the Marine Corps and strictly have been on Marine bases. I can say this is the nicest gym I’ve ever worked out at. It’s huge. Has a lot of options and room. Very spacious and in good condition. The environment was good, no loud music though which is the only thing I thought was missing. Going back!”
“An extremely wide range/variety of equipment. From Olympic lifting platforms/equipment to self propelled treadmills. You will definitely find something to your liking. Of course during rush times like morning pt, lunch rush, and after work it can get pretty packed. Make sure you have a alternative exercise or workout ready. Other than that a great facility.”
“Surprisingly very spacious with a lot of open area and equipment for working out. The only downside is it is a cross fit/ "ninja warrior" focus so the equipment is limiting. Nonetheless, it still works.”
“This gym might be the smallest one on Ft. SILL, but Its still awesome. Has anything that you'd want. A pool with amazing hours, few basketball courts, a track, hitt thing and more. The best thing about this place is the 1990s motivational posters all over the place... really humbles you.”
Open 24 hours
Apache“I love this gym. I feel super lucky to have access to it while I'm in Apache. It's not often that you have access to such a well stocked 24 hour gym in a small town. I'm typically only in town for a month or two at a time and the owners are always nice enough to be flexible and let me suspend and reactive my membership as I come and go. I've gone to a lot of gyms and workout classes and I feel like I always make the best progress while I'm here.”
“Great school and sports program. For this to be a small school, they have alot to offer the children. I'm a military veteran, now a military spouse, staying in the area because my daugther doesn't want to leave.”
