Thank you Carlos at O'Reilly in Elgin, OK. You saved my butt today and I am so thankful. My daughter's battery died on her car and I couldn't get it out to replace it. This is why I drive a truck instead of a car lol! Carlos went above and beyond in this nasty heat to pull the old battery and place a new one. He was professional and courteous the entire time and assured me repeatedly that he didn't mind. He took his time to show me the correct way to remove/replace the battery. He was patient, knowledgeable and did not treat me like a dumb female. If you need any car related items, go to O'Reilly in Elgin. They have the best people there. Thanks again Carlos!! It was greatly appreciated.

Between me, my son, and my wife, we have used this location for so many parts as well as having to have them order a lot. Normally, it's the next day. So parts to list ? from cv axle to ball joints and starters and more. Always helpful employees and we enjoy their help and talking to the customers with manners. Really goo store location to me
