10302 NE Welch Rd, ElginThis review is long overdue. We used Bella Luna to board our two big dogs (Bulldog and retriever mix) when we would go out of town. We would book them into one big kennel run, or if we called with enough advanced notice we would reserve the suite for them so they get the extra attention and treats included with the stay. Bella Luna sent daily photos and took the best care of our dogs. We never had issues in the 3-4 years we used their services. Sadly we moved and we will miss them greatly.
