“Some people are more inclined to judge a book by its cover. But when you read the book you will be pleasantly surprised. Here is the situation, we called the store in the final hours of it being open on a Saturday eagerly hope to be helped. To our delight the staff helped more than expected. Not only was she polite, kind she was knowledgeable. In a matter of 25min ( 13 mins. of it was drive time) she was able to kindly receive our truck, get the mileage, recommend a place to visit this time of year, and have friendly conversation about life. Also, to top it off she saved us money when we choose to deliver the truck to different destination than originally intended.”
