“I had one of the worst experiences of my life from being hit by a drunk driver where i wasnt even in my vehicle and not at fault in the slightest. My own auto insurance coverage, The General, made everything ao much more painful and unnecessary than needed to be and i was very much feeling lost with this horrible experience. By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. I can say that they were the light in my dark situation and I'm definitely a fan. I never EVER felt like they weren't giving 1000% to put me first, from Valerie at the front desk whos stayed after hours several times just to make sure she got the customers concerns documented recorded and contacted, to her family and Shannon who was nothing short of personable relatable and forthcoming, to those behind them that work their magic to bring it together. I felt nothing short of comfortable and well taken care of. They completely changed my experience of what I was currently going through and now I'm also a fan for life. So glad we did. They saved us from being scammed and stuck. The repair was quick and the mechanic knew exactly what to do and got us running. I am so greatful. Do NOT GO TO JG, START AT STEVES FIRST.”
“First of all - Jerry is GREAT. He's exactly who you want working on your RV if you happen to find yourself in trouble out there in Elk City/Clinton OK. Our 77 dodge RV was overheating bad and we pulled into the KOA campsite for the night. I knew I couldn't make it much further without it blowing up but it was a Friday night and I figured that we'd have to wait til at least Monday to take it somewhere.
Good thing the KOA guides told us about Jerry. He came out to our campsite the next morning. After one look he diagnosed the problems, then left to get parts and then came back! Literally 2 hours later that morning we were back in business.
He even came early!
He really knows his stuff and charges a fair rate and ask for cash.
