  My husband and I have been members of the Velox family for almost 9 months now and we are so blessed to call this box our home! They have the most supportive, welcoming group of people to train with. The owner, JaCinda is an amazing coach! All of our other coaches are as well :)

  Owner/Coach is awesome! Clean and friendly place to workout. Knowledgeable. Nice kids and teens class as well!

  My coaches at Velox Cross Fit are one of the biggest inspirations in my life. Topping a personal best is a fantastic feeling. Just keep swimming!
