Factory Connection is a store with super nice and helpful ladies who make customers feel welcome. They are cheery, fantastic conversationalists, and provide great service by suggesting items and bringing clothes to try on. Customers find cute jeans and other items, often during good sales, with great value for the brand. The experience is fun, leaving shoppers planning to return for future needs. It is a recommended stop for a helpful and cheerful shopping trip.
So glad we tried this place out, the manager was so nice and helped us find clothes and put together some cute back to school outfits. She made it a great shopping experience. The prices are really great too. Definitely will be going back.
