Drop and Hook only! Awesome 👌 people 👏 To all Cox and Outwest drivers. Call ahead to see if they can unlock the security devices from the trailer. I informed Cox in Ashland, VA about note this location as a drop and hook only. I informed from the Harbor Freight employee.

Excellent customer service! Exchanged a jack for my husband, even brought it out to the truck for me! Made sure we had the oil and everything needed to keep it going. I really appreciate the great service we got. Amazing manager and supervisor!
