“My mother moved and had to have her service cancelled. They told her to take her u verse to an address in Elk City and leave the equipment with them and she didn't need a box, label, it anything. Turns out this want true as the address was for the FedEx pickup in Walgreens.
We tried for 2 days to get At&t to email us a label without any luck. Finally went to the AT&T store here and explained the situation to Catrina. She spent a solid 45 minutes on the phone with them. In the end she was able to get a mailing label before we left the store.
Highly recommend Catrina, she was very helpful, courteous, and kind along with getting us results!”
