“Really great customer service. Knowledgeable people inside the store. Bright and cheerful. Veteran customers are welcomed warmly. I withheld one star because the last 3 times I’ve gone to get wood- I have had 2/5 sticks twisted or warped. And the selection of hard wood or heartwoods are very small. Particularly size variety in matching selections.”

He wanted to made sure I got the best deal and most beneficial. I was highly impressed with my visit. 10/10 recommend. You don’t get service like that hardly anymore.”
