Only nice thing is the hot tub and pool. Though the area wasn’t clean and there was chemical powder spilled.Paint spots on carpet, chair, bathroom, elevator, pool area.Spots on pillow case.Rooms: No hot water. It was said that people are taking showers and doing laundry…? Bed spread is filthy. Sheets seem clean.

Great rooms at an unbelievable price! Elk City is the exact halfway point between Normal, IL and Tucson, AZ - Great location! (for us, anyway)Rooms: Had adjoining rooms - perfect for our family of 5.

On the second night out of four our keys shut off. And there is no hot water if you want to take a shower around 8-9 am. It would start hot, then turn cold as soon as you get your hair wet, then oscillate between barely acceptably warm, to ice cold. I did ask the front desk about it, but got no answers.

Sheets were stained and torn. Heard every door slam all throughout the night. It was terrible. The orange juice was disgusting. Not a clean place at all. My toilet paper was even wet. Never again.

The hotel is fine for an overnight while traveling. It is is much need of refreshing and deep cleaning. Stains and marks on every wall, carpets and piece of furniture. Bed linens were clean. Bed and pillows comfortable so we got a good night's sleep. Likely wouldn't stay here again..

We were suppose to have a room with 2 queen beds, but the room we got had 1 queen bed. It also smelled like someone had just taken a giant dump and not flushed it!! The elevator was broken so we had to lug our things up the stairs. And the ladies at the front desk did nothing nor did they offer any type of discount for these inconveniences.

Reserved a 2 queen bed room 2 weeks before arrival. Got there, elevator is broken. We are on the 3rd floor. Stairway is pitch dark. Got to room, 1 king bed, room was filthy. Misty said sorry, no more rooms available. Found another hotel, Misty said she will refund, still charged for 2 nights. I will have my CC company fight the charge. Don't stay hereRooms: Dirty

There was no one at the front counter. Rang the bell 3 times. Another guest yelled out twice "anyone there"? A woman showed up and was rather rude. Shee said the elevator was broken and the only rooms that were available were on the 3rd floor. Did not stay there.

This hotel is extremely dirty and smells! Booked a double queen and got a single queen …..then was told there isn’t anything they could do. Only offered a 50% refund! Front desk is completely unprofessional and is too busy on their cell phones. The room has mold in the shower and bathroom. Very neglected hotel. Elevator doesn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Waste of money.Response to reply - The fact that you mentioned the roll away bed says you know exactly who we are because I didn’t mention that in the comments. The pictures online are not a currently representation of the current state of your hotel. I am surprised you haven’t had more complaints.

I would give this so called hotel a ZERO if I could so I will elaborate. The elevator did not work the whole time we were there, the hot tub did not work, the TV is a joke and the remote had to be reprogrammed after two days, the outlets were so bad they couldn't handle a plug so they just fell out except one, breakfast is very so-so and the coffee was really bad, the vending machines did not work. Check out the reviews because most appear to be phony and did not offer us any money back after this joke of a hotel. BEDS were like sleeping on a slab of cement and never using a CHOICE HOTEL again!

This is a very nice hotel. It’s a great value for the money. Rooms are very nice. I stayed there on 10/2/23.However, I have two suggestions for improvement…1) turn the heat up on the indoor spa. I was really looking forward to using it after a long days drive. It’s luke warm at best. It wasn’t even worth putting a bathing suit on for.2). The lady behind the front desk needs training on how to make guests feel welcome. I felt like I was putting her out.

On June 30th I made an online reservation as we were traveling back to Tulsa Ok from Colorado and didn't want to travel on to home. We used the address that was on the website and it put us as a truck stop in Sayre, OK. I called the # on the website and no answer it was not a good #. There was no way to get a hold of this hotel or find it since the address was not correct. We ended up sleeping in our car at the truck stop. The next day on the way home I called Choice Hotels and Joel asking for a refund, he said I would have to speak to the hotel, I explained how can I do that if the # doesn't work so he too called the # and stated it was not working. He said he would contact the hotel via email and to call back if I did not hear from them in 24 hrs. On 7-3-23 I called Choice Hotels again, told her the whole story and she kept offering me points I didn't want points I want my money refunded. Just to see I called the # on the website of Sleep Inn and a lady answered she transferred me to the general manager. He was the most rude person, wouldn't let me say a word, kept interrupting me, kept raising his voice saying he knew who I was, he was not going to listen to my story and I was not getting my money back or he would get points against him. I could care less if he gets points against him I just wanted a refund. This went back and forth and then HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! It started ringing again and the lady at the front desk picked up and said he was the owner of the hotel. I then called Choice back again and all they wanted to do was give me points, I informed her I don't need points as I will not being staying in a Choice Hotel again. This is a Choice Hotel but did nothing to back their customer up, only kept saying they had no control of the money I would have to deal with the hotel as I then informed her as to how rude he was and hung up on my. So Beware of this place and Choice Hotels they don't take care of their customers!!

Very dirty pool. Broken ladder and railing into hot tub. Slime on the pool inside. Broken window. Silverfish crawled across Ross bath floor. Dead bug under a lamp base. Unkept grounds and weeds. I wont return.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The hotel wasn't dirty but not clean either. The carpets were dirty and worn. Scratched and damaged walls. The hotel had a strange chemical smell. The room was extremely hot when I entered the room. It took an hour and a half to get to a temperature that I could sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky.

I chose this hotel last minute through Priceline while I was traveling cross-country with a moving truck. It looked like it had decent reviews on the Priceline app so I opted for it.I try to preface a review with positives but this place had me at a loss for redeeming qualities, unfortunately.Sub-par as far as a hotel chain for being anywhere near decent shape. The hallways were unusually hot, which seemed unusual. My room was in need of bathroom maintenance, and the toilet seat/ lid looked like it needed to be retired. There was a big stain in the carpet right after entering the room, which I can only guess was from someone's pet??I kept my shoes on the whole time since the carpet liked like it should be replaced. The refrigerator was making a high-pitched whining sound so I ended up unplugging it so I could sleep.I was on the third floor, and the light outside my window was so bright that I couldn't see my moving truck in the parking lot to check that it was staying safe. There aren't any restaurants or amenities within walking distance, except for a gas station close by.Regretful that I booked this lodging, especially for the price.Would not recommend.
