My first complaint with USPS, carrier left parcel at wrong address. When learned, went to retrieve, the parcel had already been returned to Elk City USPS location.

This lady was extremely rude and wasn't helpful at all
They lost my package and totally refused to help retrieve it. After failing to deliver it.

Just overall poor Customer service. I have mailed it goes back return to center, I get other peoples mail, and our carrier will overstuff the mailbox with an Amazon package, but yet in the same delivery, put a box on the porch. SMH
