I always do my research online to prepare for battle each time and bring a printed copy of my research in a brightly colored folder so they know I mean business when I walk in the door. I’m sometimes known as “Big Mama” and it’s really a joke because I am only 5 feet tall but I guess I have a “chihuahua complex” .
I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t have to do my usual battle at Seth Wadley Ford.
I was met in the parking lot with the truck I was interested in purchasing by a young man named Callahan Lowry.
He took us for a test drive and I really tested the limits of what would be acceptable for a test drive experience. Callahan never flinched nor questioned my style of test drive.
He just laughed at our goofy jokes and was really fun to be with. He was a perfect gentleman and I told him,” Your Mama raised you right”.
He answered every question I asked, went above and beyond, gave us lots of extras, and we actually hugged before we drove away in our new truck. I have never hugged a car salesman before this.
He may be young, but he is an honest, fun, and good man. His Mama raised him right and that is hard to find in his generation.
