All I can say is that if you want same day delivery forget it or if you make arrangements for a certain day to be delivered forget it they will call with an excuse this makes the 2 or 3rd time now if you are able to pick it up do it

Highly disappointed ‘ they never said anything about the furniture not being refundable. Not to mention we cancel the recliner the same day we purchased it & we couldn’t get it a REFUND ! Also , the customer service is horrible the lady hung the phone up when I was trying to get explanation about why the payment was still high when I canceled the RECLINER . THEN THE TWO COUCHES THAT SHOWED UP ONE OF THEM HAD A HUGE STAIN & the WORKERS WERE NOT GOING TO SAY ANYTHING ! highly disappointed ‘ never experienced this before & would not recommend ARRONS TO ANYBODY .

Went and got a pc from them to use for basic things. Come to find out it has a laptop motherboard and gpu in it and the two cost les then 300$ and they want 1900 for something that won’t even load the internet without crashing

They were severely understaffed, not properly trained, and was told by the manager she does her own thing no matter what the Aaron's website said. She was rude as well

I broughtva washing machine and a refrigerator from here. While they was installing my washing machine the broke my pipes they clai.ed they was looking for a plumber wife called in the morning found one with no problems called them several times being pushed to the side called main office no complaint was ever made

Horrible customer service and unprofessional employees. They are bizarre individuals that have serious substance abuse issues!! Do NOT rent from here it has been a nightmare!! Got to Stillwater Aaron's, avoid them at all cost, Justin, Ana, James, Dalton. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely amazing staff! Couldn't ask for better friendly service. Also when we couldn't make a payment for a month they were nice enough and let us make a double payment the next month!
