“During this extreme cold front I had a water pipe burst in my wall that was pouring out water into my bedroom. I called the office and spoke with Vanessa and Annie and within minutes maintenance arrived and immediately shut down the water and prevented what would have been a catastrophic demise to a lot of my personal belongings. I am very grateful for the quick response and the professionalism in which this was handled! I have lived here almost 5 years and have been very happy with the staff and how quickly and efficiently they handle things. The location is in a good area and is very safe. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a quiet, safe, and well-managed property.”

“I relocated to Enid, Ok a few months ago and ran across this gem. I was searching for a temporary place for 2 months. Yes, they are the nicest apartments in town and the staff is also nice. I have had one issue that’s not managements fault, my neighbors and their dog above stomp all day and night. It literally sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. Do not move to a apartment on the first floor unless you want to be awakened in the middle of the night. I’m looking forward to moving really soon.”
“We lived here for 2 years and loved it! Any problem we had, maintenance made sure it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Christi is the most caring and understanding landlord you will ever have. We just moved recently due to a job transfer and I am SO SAD that we had to leave. The location is convenient for shopping and all other needs. The grounds are kept nice and they are always outside keeping up with the flower beds and lawn care! Couldn’t recommend these apartments anymore!”
