the worst ever. You can not call the Enid location on the phone. I tried for over an hour. Spoke to someone in India. English was impossible to understand. Started over and yet again a rude lady that was cutting in and out and finally hung up. Terrible system and people.

Won't answer the phone and i have had problems with my checking account. I am thinking about changing banks

Stopped by Bank of the West today to cash a check written by one of their customers (I am not an account holder). They were charging $10 for the service. No other bank that I’ve worked with does this; Stride and Security National don’t for sure. They said that I should come open an account to avoid the fee- no thanks!
