We have been going to Enid for several weeks now. Last weekend we stay at Baymont. I wish we had started at that hotel first. The rooms were clean. The beds comfortable. The pressure in the shower was just right. The breakfast was delicious. The employees were great. Especially Mason, he was so awesome and helpful. Always had a beautiful smile on his face. And so friendly. He even check up on us while we were in the pool. I'm in the hotel business back at home and I wish I had more employees like him. I would strongly recomend staying here and plan to start staying there each time we are in town. Thanks again for a pleasant visit. And a special thanks to Mason!!

I stay here everytime I come to the Enid area, for work. The rooms are nice and at a decent price. The staff is very helpful upon arrival, but you need to schedule housekeeping, cause they won't service the rooms everyday, unless request 24hrs in advance.Rooms: Rooms are nice. I always search for bedbugs, but have not found any at this hotel. King-size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows.Food & drinks: You are walking distance from a couple of restaurants.

We enjoy staying here. The room has a nice soft bed and the fridge/freezer is awesome! The TV and lights all work. Towels could be bigger. When we go swimming, we have pool towels, not using up the ones in the room. The water is chilly, but you get used to it after a bit. It's a clean pool, not over chlorinated. Breakfast is waffles, cereal, breads, muffins. Decent coffee, juice is kind of watery. Overall, we will be back!

Older property showing some age, such as permanent cloudy windows, but otherwise a great buy at $50ish pet night. Close to restaurants.

Everything has been phenomenal! I had to call for my reservation because the travel sites were being stupid. They were EXTREMELY accommodating & helpful. Our room key had deactivated our 1st 2 nights stay, but they remedied it immediately. Our original room didn't have working A/C but we discovered that immediately & were just as immediately moved into a different room with no issue. The staff has always greeted us with a smile & our pup was welcome. It was a $14/ night charge, & there are a few size restrictions, but being able to have her with us makes all the difference. The room prices are VERY affordable & the rooms are adequately clean & quiet. If you want affordable quality, this is DEFINITELY the go to place in town. Close to shopping & dining & in a great location overall. There is not enough positive I can say about Baymont Inn & Suites! Thank you for making our visit home off the road so wonderful!Rooms: Rooms are no fuss but pleasantly decorated & cleanNearby activities: Plenty of shopping & dining in less than 5 milesSafety: All doors can be accessed using your room card.Walkability: There is plenty to do in walking distance.Food & drinks: Chilis & Bricktown Brewery are both within 1/2 a block, with Arby's & KFC in less than 1/2 a mile. A continental breakfast with waffles is offered daily as well.Noteworthy details: The staff is very friendly & the facilities all were in working order & everything inside & out was very clean

We went to Enid to visit family last minute. Typically, we could take our pick of hotels. But we didn’t realize the JUCO World Series was going on, so all but 2 hotels were sold out. Baymont is not a hotel we would have typically chosen, but it was basically the only option. The room got the job done but it was far from a pleasant experience. We stayed in a King suite with a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room- the definition of “Valentines day special”. We absolutely did not use the jacuzzi, but the faucet dropped nonstop. We put a towel under it so the dripping wouldn’t keep us awake. But eventually the towel was so soaked that it was no longer helping. The shower water got warm, not hot. The shower faucet was falling off, to the point that you had to be careful when pulling the lever for the shower to turn on. The bath towels were of poor quality and were made for a child. The room had a fridge, which is a nice amenity (even though we didn’t use it). In the morning, the fridge started making an awful knocking noise. Thankfully we were already up for the day. We couldn’t get it to stop without unplugging the fridge. The bed was OK but the pillows were awful. i know pillow taste is very much a personal preference, but these pillows seemed like they were really old because all of the stuffing was broken up making them very floppy. When we went to check out, I was going to inform the staff of the issues in our room. However, after ringing the service bell, I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone showing up to help.My last comment is on the lack of security. They had the technology built in to where you should have to use your card key to enter the building. However, they taped over the lock so you could just pull the door open - anyone could enter any of the entrances regardless of having a key. Not the most comforting.Overall, if you’re in a crunch, this hotel will do. But if other options are available, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Was it luxury? No. Was it perfect for what I needed? Yes. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was good and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Customer service is amazing!Hailey and Brandi both went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. They measured doors to make sure the wheelchair would fit, and moved furniture to make it more accessible.

Very rundown, rain gutters hanging from roof half way down the side of buildingUpstairs rooms had open or broken windows with the curtains hanging outside of windows. Lobby smells like urine. The desk clerk was too busy playing on her phone to even say hello. A definite NO.

Dude, I am a Marijuana card holder....I'm renting room 203.....I go into my room after lunch to grab my said Marijuana and my bag is missing! It is not in my car or anywhere, I left it in my room......I call the front desk to let them know, and I get a call back stating they checked house keepers and carts and nothing was found! Of course not! That shit would be hidden! I've been gone since earlier this morning! It could be anywhere! You have emoyees stealing medication from people! I had it sitting by theTV, my the gummies were un touched because I put them in the drawer but my 7 gram sack of medical Marijuana was by the TV and poof gone and them saying they will do nothing about it and all I can do is call the police....no, I should be getting fully re imbursed for it and my room too!!!! UNNACEPTABLE

For the star rating it's a really nice hotel, spent two weeks here. Water pressure was good, beds were pretty comfy, good selection of TV channels. I would stay here again if when I come back.
