No customer service outside of normal hours. I tried to call to get my U-haul rental on a Saturday morning since their website said they were open. Turns out you have to have a gate code to get in to pick up and drop off the truck for local rentals, a process which is not easy. I never received a phone call back after leaving a message for them.

Friendly, the uhaul stuff is a bit sketchy and doesn't make sense. I rented a uhaul and was charged for the weekend and mileage
I brought her back a day early, half the mileage and more fuel than what it had to start with, and paid the full amount when I was told it was likely to be less. The app wanted to charge only 80 for the use, so why did I pay almost 200. I'd say do your math before renting the uhaul. However, it was a necessity and the guy made it seamless

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Very well run business, maintains a clean and secure place to store your items & the customer service is fantastic. They were very willing to work with my family and I, and they put an emphasis on working with military families. 10/10 will use this place again next time we are in the area!

Great customer service, very willing to work with military families! Great place to store items/vehicles- large fences and clean areas all secure and monitored. If you’re looking for an honest, well run and safe place to store your items use Broyles Storage Facility- you won’t regret it.

We've used Broyles to store our items on multiple occasions now. Cheapest prices in town and the owner/operator is always super responsive to answer any questions you may have. I felt like our stuff was super safe and secure with fencing around the facility and cameras everywhere. This is exactly what you need out of a storage place and then some

They never answer their phone I’ve been trying to cancel my unit for a month and there is no way to reach them I finally just put a block on my card so they would stop charging it.

Very clean storage units and no issues with temperatures or bugs! Great customer service from the employee that got my storage unit set up and got me in a uhaul quickly.
