  I purchased a vehicle at car Mart in Enid Oklahoma on Saturday morning for $1500 down in cash, purchased full coverage insurance and drove the vehicle 70 miles to see my children in Alva Oklahoma. Shortly after I arrived there the car was reported stolen by carmart in Stillwater. It was then locked out remotely by ONSTAR. They refused to come get the car so I had to get a tow back to the lot in Enid. Due to this I have missed an entire week of work as a journeyman electrician at the oneok gas plant in Medford Oklahoma. (approximately $2400), I have also lost my place to live at the salvation army homeless shelter due to missing curfew. This was the most horrible experience I have ever heard of in car buying. I purchased the vehicle so that I could travel and campaign for president in 2028. My name is Christopher John webb the homeless good father

  Sold me a POS, continue to drag me around, now I’m repeatedly without a car. Oh and they refuse to trade it in or take it back probably because they know exactly what they sold me. Sure they’ll keep “fixing” it. But barely. Worst experience trying to a buy a car through them. What a crock. Should’ve listened to everyone telling me NOT to go here. If you want a good reliable vehicle and customer service CAR-MART OF ENID IS NOT IT.

  Since I last bought my truck and paid it off a year and a half ago I recently purchased another vehicle in the Enid carmart the establishment has increasingly set a higher standard of quality and professionalism among its staff and better selection in vehicles. The general manager was very helpful along with the salesman very friendly and great experience this time around, thank you carmart!!

  If I were rating them on the quality of my vehicle, I’d go higher but I am absolutely soured by their inability to switch me over to automatic deduction and then acting like it is new information that their website does not work on my phone. I’ve been up there in person, I have been directed to out of town calls, I have been told to call back tomorrow or directed to call back on certain days only to find the person I am meant to talk to isn’t there. This has been going on for weeks, and in the meantime I don’t think my “convenience fees” are going to be refunded.

  Car-mart employees were very efficient, very kind with good quality service. Going off paystubs was what I deserved, and needed; credit score is not always an indicator of if I can pay/ follow through with payments. Thanks for filling my tank, that was classy. God blessed me with my hearts desire, and car- mart was apart of His plan.
