have never been treated so poorly by a bank!! the customer service rep would not repeat her name when I asked for it at the end of the conversation, they refuse to acknowledge their relationship with Chime, yet I have a Stride Bank routing number on my Chime card. Their business practices seem shady, and I reported them to FDIC.

Ive been banking with stripe bank better known as Chime for over four years never had a problem till now till I woke up to my account being on zero when I had over $7000 in my account it was 125 unauthorized transactions from somebody on Cash app *************************** when I called Chime they act like they were going to resolve it but only denied it going on the third they told me they didnt find no era when we see on the app is 125 errors so I took things in my own hands and pressed charges called the news and everything else possible . I pray to God I will get my hard working money back.

Terrible bank. I dont even live in oklahoma and i have an account with them. called to report fraud due to the email i got from them using a chime account in my name and when i called i was sent to customer service and the lady named allie would not listen to me yelled at me and said that her manager refused to speak with me. i still have yet been able to close this account that has fraud written all over it because now i can not even talk to someone with the bank. TERRIBLE PEOPLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. do not recommend for anything other than being turned in to the better business bureau and being shut down

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Your employee raised their voice at me, plowed through anything I was trying to say and then hung up on me. I'll be removing everything from my account immediately and moving to a safer and friendlier business. If I cannot call and ask a question about my account I would be very concerned if i was calling for an actual issue.

Stride Bank own star banks, so 1 day last year, they notified me of a fraud charge on my debit card (which is issue thru my mental health's bank) and turn out the claim was a lie, which I proved afterword with an email receipt was sent to Stride Bank using their email address, right now (1/17/2023 @ 10:35 PM) I am block out of their debit card web site, due to the fact that Stride Bank is NOT maintaining the site, I even tried to change the access code, which fail. The solution is changing banks, but I can't due the fact that I directly do not have an account with the bank.

Don't ever do business here. I left in tears. They lie, cheat, AND steal. You will not be a happy camper if you try to do any good business here. They said the fact that I had waited all day (starting the previous day) and still would not get the money for the loan I applied for after I talk to the loan agent that morning first thing and I explained I was from out of town and could not waste my time if I wasn't going to be able to pay the dealership (cash only) that day and he assured me that he could do something that day. Spent all day there at the Broadway branch and they switched people on me and the girl who had helped me the day before leftThe loan agent, Lane, left and this really rude lady told me it wasn't their problem that I had been there all day and they weren't going to be able to give me the money today. It's Friday I have to be in olkmulgee for work Monday and I have to ride home to Stillwater now to feed dogs and get ready for work I don't have a way to complete the transaction now and I would never do business with people who lie like that and then when she dismissed the amount of time we had spent there as if she couldn't care less about us peasants. I'm like don't make it HARDER for me to be a slave.

Ripped off by this bank They withdrew money out if my bank and refused to help me. . Tiffany, Claire,Ally all blew me off and refused to help at all. I currently have law enforcement looking into this matter. I also see that many others have had the same experience. I call fraud on this institution. Report to law enforcement immediately

I have been the victim of ID fraud, 9k was withdrawn from my bank in NH by stride bank, my bank was able to retrieve the funds. I have received a chime visa debit card in the mail. They are partners with stride bank. I called stride and Tiffany wants my ssn. She immediately blew me off when I wouldn’t give it to her, and passed me to chime visa. They were of little help! Poorest customer service ever!

This is pertaining to chime and my experience I just had with them and I gave them 2 days to email me and I have gotten no response. This is my situation. Someone opened a Brigit account under my name and some how got my account number and routing number for chime and tried linking it to the Brigit account. My response I got from customer service at Chime was to turn off my transactions and I would be emailed. Ok so I have received no email and honestly that is not the appropriate response for my problem. This is someone doing illegal stuff and chime would not close that account and issue a new one. If you are linking a account to another you have to have a routing number and account number. I do not understand how they do not care about this situation. This is not good customer service. If your in a business pertaining to customer service you do everything you can to help that person. I am very disappointed in chime and I used to think very highly of them but not any more.

Stride bank is the bank Chime uses...it's ok for a second chance bank... disputing charges is a nightmare, you really only benefit from this bank if you have direct deposit otherwise you qualify for nothing. Getting paid early may happen but I have never been paid earlier than a day and nobody I know has either...

Stride Bank used to be Central National Bank of Enid--a lovely hometown bank full of pleasant, helpful professionals. Not any more. I've been trying to buy a car, which I found at Carmax in Wichita. My banker has been informed all along. She knew I was going to Wichita to pick it up today. ALL I NEEDED was SOMEONE in that damn bank to assure Carmax on the phone that a very large check would clear. EVERYONE in the damn department took today off---and didn['t leave any notes for the poor schmuck who had to stay and answer the phone. So after leaving about 6 voicemail messages--because they only said "unable to take your call"' or the Operator said "She's away from her desk..." I finally talked to the live schmuck who informed me there was NO ONE there who could help me. So my dear friend who drove me to Wichita this morning had to drive me home again, sans car. I had to RENT A CAR from Enterprise--about $500 for the weekend...I am beyond furious. It's MY money, dammit!!!!!!! Whattya bet I won't even get an apology come Tuesday? Oh, BTW--I've banked her for about 50 years, and my family for over 100 years...not that they give a damn.

This place will take your money and give you the run around. I do not recommend banking with this bank. My money has been in transition from cash app to chime for 2weeks + and I haven’t been able to get a real answer on why. Getting in contact with a human is hard.
