Wesley at Chisholm Broadband was fantastic! I upgraded to a Deco mesh system and was having speed issues I couldn’t figure out. Wesley checked everything on their end, and patiently helped me spot a simple QoS setting that was limiting my speeds. Once we fixed it, everything worked perfectly. Great service, knowledgeable, and very patient. Thank you, Wesley and Chisholm Broadband!

We are incredibly grateful for Chisholm Broadband…an internet provider like no other! Unlike most providers, Chisholm Broadband’s customer service is top notch…each of their employees are professional and always willing to accommodate one’s needs. Time and time again, KYLER has patiently helped us with our internet needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind…not to mention a true problem solver! We are so appreciative of his time and his expertise!

Never use them again to argumentative when trying to turn my service off and then they are closed on a Saturday but they call me about a payment but I had already told them to turn it off before next billing cycle but on a positive note the Techs that hooked up service were really good and were friendly so a little more information we started on service on the 21st of the month and I called them on the 13th of a month to disconnect and the office woman kept telling me it’s prepaid and you owe us $95 I said I want it turned off she asked where are you moving to I said it don’t matter I’ll bring your equipment she said and you are gonna pay us $95 I said for what she said it’s prepaid service I’m like my next cycle doesn’t start till the 21 so no then I get a phone call Saturday morning and their office is closed

Everything was already installed on the house when it was bought. The two service men replaced the outside antenna and connected it to the existing line l, all went well outside. Inside, on the other hand, they plugged in the wifi/router then left. They never checked to see if anything was working. Needless to say l, the internet did not work. That should be determined on multiple devices before the tech leaves the job. Very unhappy to have paid so much tand need to have them come compete an installation.

Talked to 2-3 people at the office who are very nice. But the installer who was a young slender kid act like it was going to work then find out it doesn't. Coverage map needs to be updated or more towers around Grant County. (failed to install in two rural towns)

All the folks at Chisholm Broadband, from the technicians to the billing department, were and continue to be absolute professionals to work with. Any issue or question, no matter how minor, was handled with care, consideration, and speed.Speaking of speed, I lived in Seoul, South Korea for six years and was spoiled cutting edge internet speeds. I can tell you, after running a connection test, that Chisholm is just as fast, with excellent coverage throughout my two-story household, including my separated garage and loft.If you are looking for the fastest internet in Enid, with the best customer service, look no further than Chisholm Broadband.

We live in rural Oklahoma and switched from Direct TV to Roku. We use our internet service for TV, phones and computers. I am very happy with Chisolm Broadband's speed and customer service!

Excellent service and pricing! This company actually cares about its customers. I live in a rural area so they came out and tested my signal strength before I committed to a plan. They said they would rather turn me down than make me pay for crummy service, which I greatly appreciated. Signal strength is excellent, the install was quick, and the tech was very courteous. My internet has never been so good AND so cheap! They even called about a week after the installment to make sure I was still satisfied. You really can’t go wrong with this company!

We live in BFE and it is the best service for the best price and the people who work here are very kind. I call to pay monthly and they are so kind and helpful. Very different from say AT&T. Couldn’t be happier. Small town company with great small town vibes!

Absolutely terrible service. Paid $150 for installment then another $50 for the month. I canceled it and they made me pay an extra $50 for the next month. Basically paid for $250 just to have some extra slow wifi for a month. Will never recommend them or use them again. I used my cellphone hot spot most of the time because Chisholm broadband was to slow to even use google. Had to cancel my debit card just to get out of paying them.
