I'm usually very pleased everytime I come in. Today I came into the store to see about possibly getting my phone fixed. The young girl asked me what I can do and I told her that I dropped my phone into a bucket of thiosulfate ( liquid fertilizer) and I have trouble hearing the show that I am watching. She opened up my phone and brought up a video and she listened, then told me nothing was wrong and I told her there was. The argument proceeded then before I lost my cool I grabbed my phone and walked out. What happened to taking care of the customer? I Demand satisfaction!!!!!

I love the experience I have with cricket .the workers inside the store in Enid go above and beyond their job..Angela helped me today with two new phones .set them up and helped me choose the best phones for my money and some awesome accessories ,phone case .awesome design ..I love this place..awesome prices on the plans they offer also..
