Kept me waiting for my meds in the extreme heat of summer. Then they told me they were going to lunch so it might take longer. Sat out on front of the window for almost a half hour. Meds were supposed to be covered by VA but they tried to charge me $130 because the doctor that prescribed it from inside a va approved clinic wasn't va approved. I argued with them then they had me trespassed. F that place

The pharmacy here is absolutely awful. I was in town and needed an rx filled. Despite me calling and explaining my situation, it took them literally SEVEN entire days to fill it. I was gone by then so requested a transfer to my regular pharmacy. My local pharmacy called this location multiple times and received no answer or were hung up on. I then called and the man who took the call was very rude. Although he didn’t deserve it, I said Thank You at the end of the call to which he replied “uh-huh” and hung up.

I won't be shopping at Walgreens anymore when I'm using my OTC card. I went in to Walgreens today and they wouldn't let me buy the cough drops, Tums and razors I was trying to get. So I went across the highway to CVS and grabbed the same things. Not only did the OTC card get accepted for all 4 things I purchased but it was also cheaper. Thank you CVS for being so cool. You will be getting my business more often now.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, I could say that their attitude towards me was very arrogant since they had not yet received my prescription and I asked how long I had to wait and their response was that there was no prescription

Go ANYWHERE else!
This group constantly takes 6+ hours to fill a single script that my last place took 5 minutes. Used app for refill today at 8am and stopped by at 2:15pm. Was told at the drive up window it would be an additional 20 minutes. She came back to the window 10 minutes later and they magically ran out of my script and would be waiting on a truck to deliver more. This place gets worse and worse each and every month with wait times or excuses! But worse than the awful service? The snotty attitudes you get from the women in the pharmacy. They always act irritated to be bothered with questions and go out of their ways to make you feel like an annoyance. Not sure where they dug up this staff, but they need to find jobs not dealing with the general public.

Do not use this pharmacy they will take 4 hours to get your prescription. I went at 1:30pm and pharmacy was closed, came back around 3:30 p.m and the lady said it would be ready in another 2 hrs. This is ridiculous. She also gave a snotty attitude when asked why it takes too long.
