To start a Storage here, use the kiosk, just inside the office door. Everything is automated, you need a debit credit card. I didn’t realize what the kiosk was for at first, so it’s not immediately apparent you won’t deal with a person, you just deal with the kiosk to open a new storage. Everything worked great and I had an excellent experience.
