Paid the $15 for an application & not only did they not assist in finding a property, they dodged phone calls to avoid talking about any properties available. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

This place is a slumlord haven. Rents places with rat infestation, cockroach infestation and hires non licensed or insured contractors. Amy and Heather are rude and are not honest, they both are shady and will lie to your face and the owner of Etown hasn’t a clue s to how these two women treat tenants and how the owners of the homes have no idea how they do not take care of properties at all !!!! Have reported them to the BBB, Enid Health Department and to the State of Oklahoma Health Department, and the local news stations are the next ones to reach out to Etown.

As a home owner, they are almost non responsive. Had to contact them 3 times about using our money for extra keys they didn’t need without our permission. The keys were very expensive for keys we had extra of and could have been cut for significantly less, although they could have done without them but told me they needed to “keep extras in the office for the contractors.” How about a single extra one and that’s for emergencies only? I didn’t give permission for any contractors to enter my home or disturb my tenants. After the 4th call, they said their staff never let them know I called. Instead of offering a fix for the used money, they said they would figure out what to do about it…weeks ago. Never got back to me(per the usual) or my wife. Communication is almost zero. Using money for something non essential without permission or at the very least without ANY form of communication? Absolutely not appropriate.

They worked with our family, when my husband was very ill towards his life’s end. He rented an office from E-Town: we had difficulty getting the crew together to clean office out, as John kept having frequent hospital admits. Great Company.

Been with this company for 4 months and still can't get a single straight answer amy will run you in circles to make her boss thinks she's helping no we're getting more annoyed, you're getting shit reviews and as an owner I would care. I've asked twice for a meeting with you the owner of E towne and in circles we go.... I'm done playing and putting up with all these lies your lady's tell... We're on our 4th walk through and still nothing not even a call back after two weeks of the walk through, I can bring my manager experience and letter from my previous boss in az I didn't run my customers off they loved us... Ok renting is a sad world!!!!!!!!!! They don't care and shady shady people can't stand liers..... 💯💯😡😡😡

Nice rental place,but your walk throughs should be done before you rent them out,had my list in before time for them lady came out she was not happy,now it's to get them to fix stuff lol stoped broke my counter sink fix with 2*4 still waiting... The heater and hot water still need to be cleaned and maintained, wow edin rental ready ?? Naw....

This place will run your nice rental properties into the ground and turn them into dumps, while draining your wallet. I recently fired them and have been left with about $25,000 in collection accounts due to their poor management, deferred maintenance, and placement of unqualified, non-paying tenants. After leaving, they simply ignore you. They ignore you while you are a customer too! You get mostly lip service, and spend way too much time micromanaging them. After you fire them and you request your files, they keep resending old ones from old tenants--not current ones. I cannot even get the basics from them like current move-in inspections, yearly inspections, transfer of collection accounts, or items like air conditioners that were kept in their storage. From what they have given me, I saw one house got a $4100 repair bill after they ignored yearly inspections for over 2 years. Had the home been repaired when the defect was discovered, it would have been a cheap fix. I cannot recommend them at all. Zero stars for E-Towne!!!
