They are in possession of cats that were illegally seized and are refusing to return them to me there were no charges filed for my dog's cats or pig but Enid SPCA is refusing to return my animals they were unlawfully seized there was an unlawful order to adopt them out and all charges have been dismissed so by law of Oklahoma it states that animals must be returned to the owner since churches were dismissed there's no case so they have to return my animals but Enid SPCA doesn't want to do it and they continue to adopt my animals out so I'm going to take them to court and sue them

This place is terrible I can in to look at the cats they had at front while I was here for spring break not to go into the back not to adopt just see the pretty kitty’s but the person working behind the desk was so rude said I couldn’t look at them because my parents went here because “they are bad people who I don’t live with” I asked if I could call my legal guardian “my grandpa” she yell at me saying who was I staying with because I’m not responsible I said my partner who is an adult she yelled at me again saying I can’t go in the back or adopt because I’m not 18 for 2 months I said I didn’t wanna go in the back or adopt I just wanna look at these cats that are in your sight in the front room and she continued yelling at me for no reason. If I were you I wouldn’t do business with this company if they wanna treat a college student who’s just trying to enjoy there spring break and look at some cats and make them feel bad because there parents aren’t around do you really want to get that person money.

This is a complaint for my mom. She fell in love with this dog and even had the opportunity to meet the dog. The lady that came to inspect her place ran a background check not on her but on a friend she had seen her with!?!? She lives alone so I don't understand why they are checking other ppl... The lady is rejecting her over this friend. Again she lives alone.. Shes very passionate about her animals and has background working with animals... She gave several references... The lady was biased against my mom... She can prove shes a good home... I hope they aren't refusing other potential homes like that.. mom is devastated over this.. they can't even give her a good reason.. we need someone who can keep it professional to give her a second chance...

Hands down the best animal rescue around. They care deeply for the animals & strive to find them the best homes. They care a lot about the community by providing pet food to those who can't afford it they also have straw for that people can come get for their dogs & cats that live outside.

I adopted a cat from animal control. They gave me a voucher to receive a free neuter, vaccines, and microchip from espca. You have to physically go up to espca and apply for the free services on their computer. You aren't given a date of when your animal can get in- you just have to wait until they call you. A few weeks after applying I called up there to see if they had an estimated time- so i could make sure i could take off for work to drop him off and get an idea of how long it would take- and every time I've ever called up there, they're always rude. The lady on the phone was yelling at me about "how can she give me a date if I dont have a vet to perform the services" 2 weeks later they called me to tell me he had an appointment. I go to the appointment and there's a bunch of people there. It was very unorganized. I filled out the paperwork and SPECIFICALLY checked the "no I do not want a microchip" I even underlined NO. It's my right and personal belief that humans or animals should not have a foreign object, like a microchip, implanted in them. I came back to pick him up and they microchipped him anyways and told me "it was free" and that there was nothing they could do about it. It could be surgeically removed but i would be responsible for taking him somewhere to do that. I said no you did something you werent supposed to. How would you feel if someone did something to your cat you didnt want? She said they could have their director call me and apologize... thats all they could do. I said no need to call me just please give me my cat and paperwork. Then the lady who i guess was responsible for not reading the paperwork i filled out, kept asking me why i believed animals shouldnt be microchipped... almost shaming me because I didn't want him microchipped. It was like she was trying to convince me their mistake was okay. i told her i didnt believe they should have a microchip in them and i shouldnt have to continue to explain myself. Then she said well then i guess you dont want the flea and tick medication either?? I said no I want the flea and tick meds I just didn't want him microchipped. I asked why didn't they read the paperwork beforehand and they told me "it was a busy day"... not only did they microchip my cat when I specifically told them not to, they are just so rude. I understand they deal with a lot however i would never recommend this place to anyone. They were hateful to a lady who had brought her cat to get spayed and she didn't have a carrier. On the instructions, it said a cardboard carrier would be provided if you didn't have one. They would not let this lady come in and threw a cardboard box at her outside and told her to "figure it out herself" I went and helped this lady with the box so she could get her cat spayed... since we had to wait forever before we could even get the appointment. the way this place is run and the uncompassionate, negligent staff are honestly a nightmare. Maybe adopting from here is different, but please take my advice and do not get your cat or dog spayed/neutered here. Especially when you specifically tell them no and they do whatever they want anyways. It's worth just saving your money and going to pond creek vet for a spay/neuter. Completely disappointed and upset with my experience here.
