I relocated to Enid, Ok a few months ago and ran across this gem. I was searching for a temporary place for 2 months. Yes, they are the nicest apartments in town and the staff is also nice. I have had one issue that’s not managements fault, my neighbors and their dog above stomp all day and night. It literally sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. Do not move to a apartment on the first floor unless you want to be awakened in the middle of the night. I’m looking forward to moving really soon.

This place has terrible service. Management sits in that office barely comes out when needed, Always rude. Maintenance doesn’t fix issues, when they come to even look it’s days later if at all.

Undoubtedly the nicest apartment complex in Enid in terms of looks and luxury, but it’s weighed down by the horrendous service and inflated price.Maintenance routinely shows up a day later than scheduled and it’s obvious that apartments aren’t thoroughly inspected in between tenants.Expect half of your appliances to be malfunctioning upon moving in and it taking weeks for them to be totally corrected/replaced.The pool is only open for a fraction of theyear despite the Oklahoma heat. Merely running the pool from Memorial Day to September when it’s 80+ degrees well outside of that range is indicative of management just trying to save a buck.Yearly rent increases far outpace inflation, but the property knows that and takes advantage of the lack of options in Enid.Overall, the place looks nice, but the cheap and inattentive practices of the management make this a subpar choice for living.

If I could give zero stars I would. My ceiling always leaked and they never tried to fix it. Waste backed up through the dishwasher and flooded this apartment but yet they still listed it on my credit as moving out early on my lease. RUN away from these apartments do NOT rent from them.

This place is disgusting... We lived here for a year and had high hopes for the neighborhood. The old and new property managers are rude, lazy and non-confrontational, so problems never get fixed. We had maintenance issues in our apartment that we put over work orders in for over 10 times and they were never completed. The laziness of all staff is amazing. :(We referred a few other couples to move in shortly after we did, and were promised a $300 referral bonus for each that we never received. The pool was open all winter until it got hot in April and then they shut it down without an explanation. It was promised to open for Memorial Day weekend, and is still closed and looks like the pictures attached. The gym is disgusting and never cleaned, and the fireplace didn't work the entire year we lived there. The "lavish amenities" they advertise are a far cry from the truth.PLEASE do not move here. Though the apartments are a little smaller at Tuscana, you would be better off at that complex, especially if they have good customer service. I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood to anyone.

Dont rent from this place, while we were there the AC was not working and they didnt get it fixed, there were other things that were asked to do maintenance on and was never able to get them to do repairs, the property managers are rude, they never gave me my deposit back. Run from this place, I wish I would have rented from Tuscana Apartments down the road. They seemed much nicer. Plus with what you are spending monthly here you can get a rent a nice house in Enid.

Apartment is beautiful. But property management is lazy and careless. Nobody is helpful. We moved out 2 weeks ago and left 2 days earlier then our move out date. We realized when we got to kansas we forgot a couple things in one of the cabinets. I called them to ask if they could ship us the forgotten objects and we would willingly pay for the shipping. They said yea no problem and never asked for a shipping address. I called back the next day realizing that they didn't ask and would probably need it. Whoever picked up took the address and said they'd give it to melissa who was handling it. I said okay thank you so much! 2 weeks later now still no call or box. I called and asked them about it and they had no idea what i was talking about. And then melissa proceeded to yell at me over the phone because she didn't do her job and lost our belongings. And now instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for the inconvenience she starting reading off lease agreements about when you surrender your keys your belongings left behind are surrendered too. But i called 2 days before our move out date and she said she would happily ship them out LOL this place is so unorganized and lazy.
