Anything that comes through the Enid OK station is either 2 days late, delivered to the wrong house or damaged. If it comes through the Stillwater station I don't have that problem

The driver left a package out by the road on first stop. Than he’s came a couple other times and drives through my yard! Plenty of room to turn around if there’s cars in the circle drive! Ups can turn around the fedex driver can! There’s ruts in my yard and husband is very unhappy! Tried to get Walmart to use different delivery service, but it’s hard when they use different shippers. I would of ordered more from Walmart but I do not like my delivery service!

These drivers have a tough job and generally do a great job. That said, I receive Chewy packages frequently. They have delivered my stuff to the house north, south and even across the street from me. The latest one I had a $500.00 package requiring signature they tried to deliver the next street over,thank goodness it required signature or I would have lost it. What disturbed me was that you couldn't call and reach a human if your life depended on it. Why? When you expect a delivery, I recommend you keep head on a swivel. Good luck folks.

Left my packages in the middle of the yard, it rained and product was damaged. I guess its hard for delivery drivers to leave them on the porch no wonder why they closing this facility.

Can't read basic signs. They'll leave your package everywhere but where the sign tells them to leave it. Doesn't matter if you call and compain repeatedly. Package security is not in their wheelhouse.

My package was confirmed “delivered to my FRONT DOOR” and shows it on the map here, but it never came. I’m in the country but UPS had no problem bringing me a package that I ordered way after fedex promptly. I even verified the gps takes you right to our driveway. An investigation was opened and I haven’t heard one word. I wish the delivery service would be an option to choose at checkout.
