The store was a mess. You could not find anything you were looking for. The cashier was nice but the other employee was pretty rude. These pictures don’t begin to describe the mess in this store.

Came from out of town and my neice wanted to go to 5 below. Got there at 10:56am on Monday and the door was locked and no one in sight. Went next door to see if maybe the sign was wrong and they opened at 11. Went back at 11 30 and still not opened. No sign on the door or anything but the posted hours, which said they opened at 10am.

Witnessed a middle aged employee who was presumably the store manager drive an employee to tears twice yesterday. Made me very uncomfortable to witness, and I felt horrible for that poor girl also considering that she seemed like a teenager.

Store is absolutely disgusting, the bathrooms are almost always out of order in some way shape or form when i stop by, I had to walk by one of the employees outside smoking a cigarette (I have asthma so its kind of a problem) and overheard that same employee making fun of a mentally handicapped person that same day. Extremely unprofessional, and absolutely disgusting literally and figuratively. I will never shop here again, and I advise you not to.

Love how this store went down hill since the Santa clause mf took over I know he made a dollar store go down hill, when cashing out, I don't know if it cause I'm Mexican they scan my things on self check out but yet having everything scattered around the floor and products miss placed. They didn't scan the other persons thing, and if he keeps on working there it going to go down hill.

They really should change the name. There is very little in this store for 5 dollars or less aside from candy, and even that is cheaper at dollar tree. Maybe 25 below, or perhaps rude employees that sound as if torture would be preferable to being in the store. They may need to abbreviate that last one.
