Just saw a Franklin Towing flatbed hauling a sedan dangerously sideways, without proper securement. Tried calling the company, but they weren't helpful with a resolution. This aligns with the company's local reputation. They seriously need to retrain their drivers for safety. It was a hazard to be behind them in traffic – we had to keep our distance, fearing the winch might fail.
Someone could get killed!

I had to call AAA today and they sent Franklin Towing out to me, VERY promptly i might add. Brian was the driver and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I asked and expected! He was kind, courteous, and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Franklin Towing and I hope you get Brian as your driver!

My car was towed by these people and EPD had done an inventory list of what was inside my car. Needless to say after this company Franklyn’s picked my car up with police present and took my car back to their lot this person gladly helped their selves to my belongings that was on that car.. I don’t like people who steals and someone from this company sure did!! And I sure WILL GET WHATS ENTITLED to me…

This guy came to repo a car and didn’t even ask for the keys and just dragged the car and now it has front end issues and transmission is leaking! He was rude and never once asked for the keys! He also almost injured a person!

I’ve had 2 experiences with Franklin Towing. 1st one was when I ran over a bolt on 412 and Cleveland resulting in a flat tire. Hunter came to my rescue! Changed my tire and got me on my way home. As we departed ways he made sure there wasn’t anything else he could do to help, if so l just had to ask!!!
2nd was today I was hit by driver going to work, driver didn’t stop and ran a red light. Hitting me so hard that it spun car in the opposite direction that I was traveling. Before I was transported to the hospital, Officers on site asked me who I wanted to tow my vehicle? I said Franklin Towing!
Lacey and the staff their impound yard were all so kind and willing to help , I wanted them to know how much I appreciated their service ,it was outstanding and you couldn’t ask for better service when you need help. Hopefully this makes sense and thank you so much again. 😃

We just used Franklin Towing to tug our semi out of our lot, and they were awsome…a real big shout out to Gary, the tow truck driver that helped us, great guy and did a great job…much appreciated Gary and Franklin Towing

Mr. Krichard came out to tow my vehicle this morning, 4/4/25. In describing what my car was doing and what all I have already done to it The place where I was having it towed wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. Mr. Krichard, came back by and suggested a few things that could be the issue. He checked a few things out and repaired some melted wires and the car started right up! Mr Krichard went above and beyond the job of a tow driver! I am very pleased!

We were yesterday in a critical situation with our vehicle that was towed y the Compa y and Lacee helped us. She went out of her way to inform , assist, even help us jumping the car. She was professional and the best of best!
