“Honestly not a bad gym and there's some good people that come here. But this has got to be the most disrespected gym I've ever been to. The free weights are just thrown all over the place and all over the floor. Zero respect for the next person. I'd add more pictures but it would just be repetitive. This happens seemingly everyday. Different machines in different areas.”
“Worth going I had a very good time with the zumba classes. The instructor made the workout fun. I sweat so much in so little time. Plus you get to learn how to dance ? ?. It's a very nice gym. I think the first class is free. ?”

“I am 72 years old. I made a decision to make my life better. Had been having balance problems because of sitting in a chair all day. So I joined and payed for a whole year. Been going 3 months now and feel better already than I have in 10 years. Life is better when you start working out.”
