I’ve had my truck in the dealership for three months now and It took one month to tell me what was wrong with it and now you’ve been telling me for half a month come next week it will be ready and then tell me to come the week after so It seem you guys don’t know what your doing because you keep push back the date and now I won’t be able to trust my truck will work correctly because it seem like you don’t know what your doing and if my truck breaks down it will be your fault because you guys don’t fix it right

Took my truck in for an oil change and alignment and it took all day from 8am to 4pm. I asked for full synthetic oil when going over paper work I noticed they did semi synthetic. They changed the oil out at no charge but had to wait another 30 min. Now for the alignment my truck had a previous recall performed where they welded the drag link to keep it from coming apart. After this recall is performed they are in no way supposed to cut the welds to perform an alignment. The service tech performing the alignment cut the welds to do the alignment and re-welded it and painted it to cover it up. The tech was a horrible welder and used a grinder to touch up his welds. I inspected the truck after they brought it to me and noticed the new welds and paint. I took a picture and went into the tech advisor Billy and he didn’t seem concerned. I asked to speak to the tech and the stalled bringing him up to speak too so I left a message with JAY JACKSON and a voicemail with no return call or care. It was dangerous for them to cut and re-weld the drag link it could have caused an accident and injury’s. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

be careful when buying a used vehicle from there ,they will over charge you ,check the blue book value of the vehicle before buying,.are there any true honest businesses out there that arent just money hungry and that actually care about others?

Not nice Not friendly …. Tried to buy extended warranty for a dodge truck ..The gentlemen did not offer options. Told me only 1 was available.. I called Mopar directly was offered multiple policies as a Much cheaper price $$$ I called back and ask why the difference. Got the same oh so friendly A__. He said oh can’t sell U one anyway .. my service guys told me ur story .. Never do business with this company again. We will buy somewhere else in the future

Called the service department and was placed on hold immediately and left there for over 37 minutes. At one time a different guy took the call and told me they were having trouble with the phones and I was placed back on hold. Finally hung up after 37 minutes. Called back and it rang several times and went to the voicemail. Hang up, call back to the sales department this time. Informed the guy on my situation thus far, he said his phone was working fine but he would walk back there and have someone pick up my call. Made my appointment for the recall on one of my vehicles and asked if today was a good day to come get an oil change. Yes, just be here by 4. Perfect, head that way, drive and HOUR one way. Arrived at 11:00 a.m. and was told it would be an hour and a half before they started because they only had one tech, and were slammed today. Mind you the last time I brought a different pick up for an oil change I waited 3 hours. I understand it’s hard to find employees and not many people want to actually work but, those of us that actually do would appreciate the truth.

We had our first experience with Jacksons last weekend. The process was smooth, the environment was warm, and everyone did their absolute best to make us comfortable and happy. There were no pushy salespeople following us around. Thank you, Chad, for helping us bring home our brand new Wagoneer!!! We absolutely love it. they had my truck for over 2 months and still couldn't figure out how to put a clutch in it, but they where able to do a partial repair and still charge me over 2500 dollars SAD just SAD! left there with a still broken truck and empty wallet. last dodge I will ever own
