I got 48,9 gallon fuel plus 3:4 gallon def. Just to get shower. I forgot to scan my card and they didn’t asked me to scan it if I have one. Later on when I was ready to get shower they told me they can’t put it on system I can’t use the shower. It is Crystal clear that I deserved shower credit. One of the lady told me she will add me shower credit but right after I parked the truck and I was heading to get shower looks like manager didn’t let her to give me shower. What a manager, instead of fixing very small problem, she is creating bigger problem. Unbelievable, early morning I can’t smile any more. I destroyed all my day.

I’ve been coming into this location for many years and was always welcomed by the personnel
This morning I came up to the register to check out and wasn’t the same when I said good morning how are you to the person behind the register didn’t respond I was purchasing identical 2 snacks but different flavors come up to be one was on sale and the second one wasn’t on sale not a big deal
I said I’ll just get the one that is on sale and don’t worry about the second snack
From the beginning she was unprofessional and I kind of felt she had a different feel for a foreign person that’s unacceptable when you are working in the customer service
As I was walking out of the store, she started telling her co worker about the situation where I thought that both of those snacks were the same price and they both started laughing at me when I turned around asking what is funny I was ignored. I hope their management can look into this and do what is the best to keep this kind of people out of customer service

This place is very clean!!!!!! No trash outside in the grass. It’s refreshing to see pride at a truck stop. Clean restrooms. Clean clean clean!!!!

Have been using loves for years, never any issues. Today, I walk in to get a shower and get told they can't accept my card because it's a scanned photo on my phone. Mind you, I've been using my card this way for years, and my entire life is on my phone, I mean, who isn't using their phone for everything!! My actual card was out in my truck and i didn't feal like walking back to get it when i have a picture of it on my phone. Then, I get told I have to download the app in order for them to access anything, so what's the point in the card? I know all I have to do is download an app, but regardless of such a simple issue, that, by the way, was handled very rudely by the person at the register. Loves just lost my $2100+ per week in fuel alone, not to mention tires and everything else I buy through them.(may not be much to loves corporate) I will take my business elsewhere over the way the issue was handled and the way I was treated. Store policy or not, very unprofessional period! Posted is a Pic of my card now that I'm back in my truck. I've never been so disrespected over such a simple issue.

It's always busy, but a good truck stop generally is. They have great displays, trinkets and mementos, a well as useful things and necessities. And right next door in the same building is Arby's. I go there every time I have to visit my oral surgeon in Enid. They've not disappointed yet in the 3 months I've been a patron.

I wasn't in Love's, but went over the hot foods on the rollers like the hot dogs and corn dogs, that long cause I ate Carl's Jr and had a delicious chargrilled chicken club sandwich combo with no cheese with hot french fries and a large cherry coke.
