My fiancé and I both scheduled appointments with this location to have our fingerprints done. I scheduled mine about 2 hours before the appointment time. Went in and had a smooth experience, in and out in less than 20 minutes.She scheduled hers a couple weeks in advance (she lives in St Louis and is here primarily on weekends but was on holiday this Friday so able to be here) . It got cancelled without reason so I told her just to go ask them because it may have been a clerical error. She was told “Oh we just aren’t doing those today.” Poor, poor, poor customer service but the only location within an hour.

They require a mask for fingerprints but nowhere else in building. I asked for a mask since was on lunch break and left mine. Unfortunatly they were out so I wasted time going to get one. Other staff members and etc were not wearing mask. One lady named Laurie was very rude and hateful. I confronted the main guy about staff member needing to be more polite and he act like he didnt care. I guarentee she didnt get a explanation about customer service but a slap on the wrist.

This store has the nicest people! We just moved here and stopped in with a large package that was over 100 pounds, they were so nice and even helped my husband reload the heavy box back into our car when we discovered we were at the wrong location for Amazon drop off. Very friendly and outgoing!

Despite the city mandate, not a single worker in this place was wearing a mask and there was no plexiglass separation between staff and customers. At a time when COVID is everywhere in town, I hope they will do more to protect their community.

I came in to get fingerprints and they require you to pay $3 for a throw away mask and when I get back to the room the guy taking the fingerprints isn't even wearing one. You got to me once but I assure you it will never happen again..... 1st stop and I will not be back!!!!

Last month package I mailed arrived smashed.. Package I mailed Sep 4th has not arrived. I called post office and was told the Mail Run tracking number they gave me was inaccurate so I've tried calling Mail Run and phone has been busy for over 30 min. Have used them for over a year cause Quickercto get in and out but cost more than the pist office. After this package I will not return.
