UPDATE: P&K came and picked the lawn mower back up and swapped out the back tire quickly and had it back the next day. Thanks guys. I appreciate the direct response and effort to make things right.

Very impressed with their service department. Had a part break on my 1025R that is still under warranty, and they came and picked it up Friday afternoon and had it back first thing Saturday morning. Thank you, that was awesome!

We purchased a preown tractor from P&K. The customer service from the sale to some minor maintenance was amazing. We appreciate Tyler Whorton who exceeded expectations with us. Appreciate the overall great customer service. We are locked in as a continued customer.

had insterment cluster problems on a 5420 john deere and googled to see to if one was avalible. poteau okla.showed to have one.. drove from van buren arkansas to poteau.okla. one wasn't availible so oredred one. no one called a week later so i drove to poteau okla. they had one and when i opened up the box i found it had been used. i wrote a check for 746.38 and they said i had to wait for a check from p/k i said i would go to fort smith ar. and order another one. i paid for another one and a week later or so it came in to parts dept. no phone call to let me know the parts had come in . installed the cluster and did not work as was told.(service dept. said the insterment cluster was plug and would work) hauled the tractor to the p/k in fort smith ar. and 3 weeks later no tractor. i had ask for a phone call to let me know any progress. no such luck.

We love our new tractor! Our first time buying a new package deal and P&K walked us right through it. Richard was great and he makes buying a tractor fun. In the middle of all this negativity, thanks for putting a little more green and yellow on our farm.

We bought a tractor from Logan Tabor in Fort Smith, AR back in March and he was fabulous to work with!! He was very knowledgeable and patient with the millions of questions we had (first time tractor buyers)! He was always very quick to respond and handled our transaction very quick. We are loving the new tractor!

On June 19, my husband, Dan contacted P & K in Stillwater with an issue on the 2014 6140M tractor that we purchased in Stillwater. After explaining the problem with someone, he was told who he needed to talk to was not available but he would call him back. About 4 hours later, Dan gets a call, and he explains the problem, at which Dan is told the tech will have to read the book and call him back.
