Went in and added some lines to my Verizon account. Sam from Florida did all the work and was awesome the man deserves a raise. The guy that switched me and my fiancées phones to Verizon was rude and screwed it all up prior to that. But Sam made it seem great and was very helpful.

I updated my phones from Pioneer cellular to Verizon cellular today. Adam who is from North Carolina made my buying and upgrading experience fantastic. He processed me and my wife and kids phone. He is a great asset to Verizon. I highly recommend Adam for your cell phone needs.

I have to say we where far happier when we were not being sold out. Half the time I cannot get my data connection to work in places that it did before.

Edit for pioneer cellular: Pioneer is dropping its cellular plans and transferring them to Verizon, my family has been with pioneer since I was born. Now none of us can send pictures, call other people reliably, and even sometimes texting just doesn’t go through. We called and were told there’s nothing they can do until we are moved in July. One of my family is in contract and they are going to charge us hundreds of dollars for breaking contract while switching. I wouldn’t be surprised if they caught a lawsuit for something like this.(Below is for pioneer internet and not cellular, which I would still rate a 4.5 star)Moved into a family rent house and the internet was acting up, has been for years according to the owner. She called multiple times and nothing has happened. I called and spoke to Trevor and he fixed the issue while on the phone with me and I didn’t have to do anything. He was very very knowledgeable and immediately recognized the issue when I described it and was able to clearly answer any follow up questions I had.

I had been with Pioneer Cellular for over 15 years. I finally decided to switch companies because they have absolutely priced themselves out of the market for me. They don't have any specials on phones or plans and I am better off taking my business elsewhere that is more competitive and MUCH less expensive. Nothing against the employees in the Enid store as they were most usually good to work with. But when not appreciated for long term loyalty to a company, by the company, I'll leave and go elsewhere. They also no longer provide coverage for the Stillwater area and I needed that. Changing companies saved me $120/month! Don't know why I didn't do this sooner!

We live in Canton and our local office didn't have any affordable phones so we stopped at the Enid office. I'm so glad we did, they had a few affordable phones. I dealt with Stormy, she was an excellent person to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and was very sweet and took time to transfer my data and set up my emails. The other young lady that was very helpful was Tara. I would recommend the Enid pioneer office if you are needing help with phones.
