Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Great location. Room was on the pool side which gave the room a damp chlorine smell. AC drew air from indoor pool area. Breakfast was limited. Would stay again, but request room on other side of hall.

Panhandling at the back doors which were propped open with rocks. No one showed up to serve breakfast… so nothing was served except make it yourself coffee at the front desk!!

People behind front desk super helpful and nice, probably trying to make up for the very sub par rooms and absolutely disgusting breakfast restaurant and restaurant employees. It should be shut down by the health inspector. I've deployed to third world countries that were cleaner. I got a peek into the hotel's laundry/maintenance room and was horrified by how unkept and dirty it was. All side entrance security doors were broken with trash lying around.

I reserved/held a room online around 10:30, got to the hotel around 11:15 or so. The room was around $50 more not including the tax. The desk clerk couldn’t find my hold even after showing her the screenshot of the reservation. Reservation showed $186.20 after tax. The room cost me $233.04.
The water finally warmed up at the end of my shower. The room smelled terrible. The air conditioner outlet was burned and the wall still charred from it. The room key wouldn’t open the exterior door. Went back to the clerk, she reset the key, and it still wouldn’t work. A DoorDash driver showed me a door that didn’t lock properly that I could get in, so I tried it at the door and it worked.
Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I should have just threw $200 on the ground and slept in my truck.

Stay at your own risk! The AC didnt work. The carpet was damp. The water pressure non-existent. The walls and doors were visibly soiled! I had booked 2 nights, they said they had no other rooms available, and even though I checked out at 9am, they still charged me for the next night. I asked repeatedly for to cancel the next night, they refused. They claim a 3 star rating, not even CLOSE!

We enjoyed our stay here. We actually rented the room with king size bed. We had to pay up because of some kind of convention that was going on in the town. We called numerous hotels and no openings. We were very lucky to find this room. But my hisband felt blessed. The shower was awesome, we just really enjoyed our stay here.

No breakfast and restaurant is still not open for business. Room carpets are old, grimy, and dirty even after vacuuming.
