We bought their 2004 Ford Mustang 40th Anniversary Edition from Sam Ramers daughter Roxie.Sam Ramer was sick that day, but his wife took the time to come down to the dealership and sign the paperwork for me after buying and paying for the car.Sadly, two days later, Mr. Sam Ramer passed away.Blessings and prayers for the entire family at this time. First mechanic told me one thing next time I went his brother told me the first guy was wrong about everything. Turns out the part the 2nd guy ordered wasn't correct either. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

They wont drop their price to sell you a car but after they lost you their price drops on the car you wanted kinda sad way to do things

About 2 weeks ago my AC fan motor went out on my car. It was almost 100 outside, I was leaving a day and half later on a trip in my car!! I called every parts store in town, one had the part in stock, but it didn't work and I had to return it and all the rest would be two days to get it in. I called 2 used parts places, both took my name and said they would check and call me back. One place never did, but Ramer's called me back very quickly, unfortunately they would have to order something in too. But about 10 minutes later they called me back and had done some research on my car and figured out they had a car which showed it had the same part # and should work. I drove straight there, we checked it, pulled it out, I put in on my car and I had AC again. I am so very thankful he took the time to look further into my situation and call me back! You can't get this kind of customer service at a big parts store!!! Thanks for your help!!

I had a wreck and my driver side door would not open. I thought that I was going to have to have major body work done and in 15 minutes they had adjusted my Fender and pried it out a little bit so that I could get my door open and shut so that I could go to and from work. They found a fender and a door for me so that I could replace mine and make my car look decent. Very intelgent and very good people to work with. Thank You so much!

This place is a joke told me they had a body forsale then jerked me around for 2 weeks to finally tell me oh we sold that 2 days ago. What a bunch of jerks. I will never do busy with these people.
