(((DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM)))Im on a fixed income I had nowhere else to go and get tires I payed $195.00 for a 18 months. Went in to r and r to get my front end alignment done two different times and they messed the front end up and I had to take it to a mechanic to repair the front end they made me pay $60 for two tire that there alignment messed up $195 +18 months =$3510 + 2 tires @ $60 each total of $3630. I could not pay anymore. And they came and took the wheels and tires off in front of my daughter’s house.

Fairly disappointed just because my brakes could have failed due to them telling me mine were still fine to drive with. I took my car in for a brake and rotor inspection because one was grinding. I was told the rotor needed replaced but my brakes are fine. I bought rotors and brakes for both back tires so I could do it myself. We'll, this is one of my brakes that they said was fine compared to a new one. This is less than 2 weeks after their inspection. Glad I went ahead and decided to replace the brakes too. If I had continued to drive with these brakes I couldve had more to pay for than just a rotor. Didn't even have them service my car, but they still failed at giving me an accurate inspection

Don't let your wife/daughter/gullible friend anywhere near this place.
Friend had a nail in her tire, she went to them for a patch. They convinced her that her tires were junk and signed her into a $1700 contract on basic 255/50 r16 tires. $425 for a $120 tire. $1700 all around replacement when all she needed was a patch.

Got a set of 4 new tires and they are awesome customer service was great.
My only concern is after having a set of four new tires and an alignment done. When I left the shop about 2 blocks away i noticed something was going on with my driver side brakes I slowed speed and I lost weights on the rim even picked up what I could to prove that the weights have falling off the wheel. I I took back my vehicle within the hour and I was takin care of with great service. and my issue was fixed. After next day of service being done I further inspected my brake issue that I had noticed and found that my bolt was missing on my brake caliper causing my sticking and brakes to lock up and damage caused on my rim found no signs of mechanical failure on the missing bolt. I resolved the issue by making the necessary repairs and I hope that this was not a scam to up sell me a brake repair job.
Besides the issue I was having with my driver side brakes my future business is scepitical with rnr tire if I will return in the near future for any service work to be done.

I have been back to RNR several times for different issues in the past year and I must say the SERVICE is getting worse every time I go in. The manager Matt is rude and was talking crap to the mechanics about me rushing them.
1st of all I was just there for 2 hours a week ago due to a nail in my tire, and I was told there was NO nail. I drove out of town 2x this week and the noise was horrible. So after it going flat this morning I take it back and was there 2 1/2 hours and it was a huge screw. Front right tire just like I told them. For the amount of money that they charge for tires, the service should be better. The serve is Not in the service. I’ve already sent 5 people there to get tires and rims and I am sorry if they go through what I have.

Few days ago I called just shopping around the guy quoted me a cpl of different prices I said sounds good he said wld send more info via text,few hrs went by I called back she told me he forgot that "they got busy" I said ok I understand this was 10 mins after opening for the day so how cld you get that busy that fast especially when just gave me a quote? Should have done right then & there.cpl more days went by still nothing so I went elsewhere same tire make but 250$ cheaper for every thing. Sorry missed out RNR ill be sure to pass the word not to go there !! I'm still waiting to see who sees this review I will be keeping eye on it

Me and my husband came in here looking for tires and the customer service and the friendliness from Will and his manager was impressive. I advise anyone who needs tires or even breaks to come check them out. You will not leave here disappointed. Thank you RNR employees for taking such good care of me and husband
