“I brought in a laptop that would not connect to Wi-Fi. Their tech person (manager Julie Leachman) tried a few things, then decided to update the laptop's Windows 11 using the store's cable internet. It took a long time to download and install the update, but it fixed the problem. When I asked how much I owed, Julie said it wasn't worth taking the time to write up the bill. That's service that can't be beat!”
