SpringHill Suites Enid is a hotel that caters to a variety of guests, including singles, families, and larger groups. The hotel is known for its cleanliness and overall quality, which is notable compared to other local establishments. The front desk attendant, Hunter, is praised for delivering outstanding service and a warm welcome. However, the hotel has encountered some issues, such as inoperative ice machines and a single functioning elevator. Additionally, the hotel had an unusual 'illegal' policy regarding the storage of ice packs in their freezer, which differed from the guests' experiences at other Marriott hotels. Despite these challenges, the majority of guests have had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning to the hotel in the future. The hotel offers a great location, with an easy walk to a local Walmart and a short drive to many restaurants, the David Allen Memorial Ballpark, and parks. The hotel also features a nightclub/lounge area, though some guests have noted a lack of outdoor furniture. Overall, SpringHill Suites Enid is a hotel that provides a generally positive experience, with some room for improvement in terms of maintenance and addressing guest concerns.
I'm so glad I stayed here. The room was very clean comfortable. Other than the TV being in a bit of an awkward spot I have zero complaints. Will definitely recommend.

Place is beat up, I travel so much I depend on the hotel gyms for quick workouts. This gym looked like a train wreck, nothing worked. Rooms a bit beat up, not the greatest.

there were ten rats in the room, and we found a snake in the pool with some eggs.
