Best office supply store in town. My favourite parts about Staples are the price matches and the rewards programme. It's also a great place to work and the management is excellent! ??

I had to buy a couple of new lap top computers and Becky Diaz and Jeffery went above and beyond to help my wife and I understand all the operations. I can't think of a better place to do business with Staples for all your needs and supplies.

One in line, I’m next, have my print code written down, always have to hunt for a pen at the copy desk. I’ve grabbed cookies, a lollipop, and Manila folders. I am sitting down in the copy area as it is taking a bit of time. A man stands behind the lady to wait but I have my stuff all ready to go on the counter. I say excuse me. She was angry from that point on… I told her I wanted the cheap paper, that I wanted 2 copies. I had to ask her to check me out please, I had to ask her to bag my groceries. Got home only had one copy. DEAR GOD IF I TREATED FOLKS BAD BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE ME PLEASE LET ME DO THE WORK RIGHT SO THEY WONT BE ANGRY WHEN THEY GET HOME, AFTER BEING TREATED CARELESS, and hateful

They carry certain items that are not available in our town. Other than that they are overpriced, unorganized, dirty store and ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO WORK THERE. Disappointed this is the only option in our town. The employee didn't have anything that identified him as an employee. I asked him if he works at Staples he rudely replied "No, I just like to pretend I work here." This will be my last visit to staples because of this interaction. I will just purchase items from Amazon from now on.

This store is severely under staffed. The cashier went to the back to find a chair for the customer in front of me and left me standing at the register for nearly 10 minutes. I saw three employees.

I went into Enid Staples on 8/21/22 to pick up a stamp I had ordered online. There was only one guy working entire front of store and he was busy in printing area with a customer. Customers were beginning to stack up, so I walked the entire store looking for available staff. Finally 2 people that I passed by and never would have though worked at the store came to the front. I really wish Staples would go back to the red shirts instead of having employees in Jean shorts and tshirts. Hard to tell who is a customer and who works there.

Thank you, Staples for saving the day on a print order today!!! My original plans kept changing... And suddenly I was in a bind to get a print project finished. Staples print team came through for me, so that I could come through for my client! They were so kind, too. Thank you, Staples crew!

The workers at this location, as well as the equipment, are about as useful as a box of rocks. The rocks might actually have an edge on them. When someone enters your store, great them. When someone looks like they are having trouble, ask them. This store is running at bare bones staff and supply it seems. Will be back again only if in dire need.

Place looks like a mess. No one was working on stocking all the mess. Stormy checked us out and was rude and not helpful. Short and couldn't answer questions. Cynthia finally showed up and could help us! Thanks Cynthia

To the store in Enid, OK - I used to work for Staples and they were a pretty good company other than low wages and not getting the hours I was promised. I quit due to the hours issue. Anyways when I worked there before they helped out people in horrible circumstances. My husbands very best friend of 42 years passed away unexpectedly and this man was a Garfield County Deputy, a minister, He was on the drug task force and also K9. He was 58 years old and served the county better than anyone else could. I asked the Operations Manager if it was a possibility to give me a discount on 5 pictures and she said she couldnt help. However she could have checked with Bryan her Manager to at least see if it was a possibility. She did nothing. I know that when I worked there before they did this for people a lot. I guess GREED has taken over.

We ordered our Christmas cards last Thursday for same day pick up. We came to the store Friday evening an hour after receiving an email that they were ready only to be told by the girl working that they weren’t finished & we could wait until 9pm for them. We live 45 minutes away so coming back isn’t the most convenient, but we decided to come back Monday(today). I arrived this evening to be told they still aren’t finished & I will have to wait. This is the worst customer service. We ordered 50 cards. I saw them printed on Friday. I literally could have hand cut them within 15 minutes....now it’s been 4 days!
